Bosphorus & Taksim Tour appeals to those who wants to spend time in both modern center of city with some historical sightseeing in old city beside to ferry ride along Istanbul Strait in the middle. In this leisure tour, you will walk down along Istiklal Street, visit Galata Tower which gives 360 degree panoramic view of the city, cross over Galata Bridge where we will hop on a ferry for ride in fabulous Bosphorus for one hour and half long, visit Rustem Paşa Mosque, decorated abundantly with Iznik Tiles and finally Spice Market which you can have some edible souvenirs. Taksim Square / Istiklal Street

Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, the modern center of Istanbul that never sleeps, is surrounded by historical buildings, hotels, apartment buildings, streets, theatres, restaurants, shops.

Galata Tower

The tower was built by Genoese in 6th C. Galata tower offers you a great view of Istanbul.

Galata Bridge

Galata Bridge, linking Beyoglu with Eminonu, offers a great scenery.

Bophorous Cruise

A visit to Istanbul is incomplete without Bosphorus Cruise where both Asian and European side of the city from sea.

Rüstem Paşa Mosque

Built in 6th C. to supply water to The Great Palace of Romans, then it was forgotten in underground during Ottoman Era. Now it is one the most visited attraction in the old city.

Spice Market

The Spice Market is one of the biggest food market in the city in which there are 85 shops selling spices, Turkish delight and other sweets, jewellery, souvenirs, and dried fruits and nuts.

SCHEDULE

After meeting your guide, you will head to Taksim Square where the tour begins. Before walking down along Istiklal Street, you will hear some stories about the down town and history of city . Then you will stroll Istiklal Street all the way down, formerly the Grande Rue de Péra, to Tunel Square. In the walk, historic buildings, resturants, book stores stores, traditional pubs, fish market, Greek- Armenian Ortodox and Catholic churces will be seen. From the end of Istiklal Street, you will walk down further to see Galata Tower, iconic symbol of Galata District from 14th C, where a lift take you to top of the tower and help to access to great panaromy of the city. Further down the hill, you will reach to Golden Horn and Galata Bridge, a populor place for fishermens and travellers which links modern city to old city. By Galata bridge, you will catch Boshporous ferry ride for one hour and half. During the ride, beatufiul mensions called YALI in Turkish, Ottoman Palaces and summenr mensions will be seen on the shore of European and Asian Sides of city. Before final stop in Spice Market for a feast for your belly, you will have a feast for your eyes in Rustem Pasha Mosque for its beatufiul tiles. At the end, you will catch your transport to be droped off back to the meeting point.
